Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 with students who have special educational needs, helping them engage with lessons and develop both academically and socially.
• Assisting teachers in the preparation and adaptation of resources to support students with additional needs.
• Supporting students with positive behavior strategies and promoting independence and confidence in their learning.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong passion for supporting children with special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A clear DBS check
• Legal right to work within the UK
