You will work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to implement individualised learning plans, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically and socially.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN in the classroom
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to assess and address students’ needs
• Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to the teaching team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs
• Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN
