An inspiring primary school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated SENCo to join their team in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN professional to lead the inclusion provision and help ensure every student has the support they need to succeed academically and personally.Location: Hackney, London
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
Start Date: September 2025

The Role:

• Lead the inclusion and SEN provision across the school
• Develop strategies for improving student outcomes and ensuring inclusivity
• Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and colleagues to ensure the best support for all students

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• Proven experience in leading SEN provision and supporting students with additional needs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for inclusion and creating opportunities for every child to succeed
