The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, and a proven track record of successfully transforming teams and organizations.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify and address impediments to team progress and productivity.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Provide training and workshops on Agile practices and principles.
• Support the development of Agile metrics and reporting to track team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Managing expectations of stakeholders
• Working in a global operating model, with delivery and operational teams spread across geographies and people structures.
• ‘Automation focused’ and help promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Presenting ideas in a clear and concise manner, with consideration of the target audience
• Promoting best practices with the team and across teams
• Creating an environment of knowledge sharing and ongoing learning

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, CTC, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, ValueEdge or similar.
• Six Sigma Certification is an asset.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good people skills.
• High-tech software services industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive is a fast paced, matrixed environment.
