We advocate for our employees to speak-up, learn, experiment, share, and be part of an where diversity is embraced.ABOUT THE TEAMThe Business and Technology Governance (BTG) team ensures that an appropriate governance and control environment is in place by maintaining PSP Investments’ corporate procedures and reviewing internal controls.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Senior Analyst, Business and Technology Governance (BTG), you’ll:Lead the maintenance and provide continuous improvement of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) which includes, but not limited to:Maintenance and creation of information related to CMDB configuration itemsImprovement of configuration management with the implementation of CMDB quality controlsMaintenance of operational documentation in support of the implementation of configuration managementMaintenance of CSDM framework (Service Now) principles in the current CMDBManage and coordinate the annual configuration items review process with relevant stakeholders (Data Certification)Ensure compliance with SDLC and communicate changes to SDLC to relevant stakeholdersUpdate and launch the annual SDLC training. Participate in the prioritization of new features in Service Now/ Product Backlog Items (PBIs), approve impact analysis and user acceptance testing, and approves deploymentsMonitor and report on key performance indicators metrics to the risk management department and senior management team of the technology and digital strategy group Participate in responding to various internal and external audit requestsParticipate in the update and review process of key controls of PSP InvestmentsAssist in collecting and assessing audit certifications from third party vendors (SOC reports)Assist in implementing, documenting, and executing IT compliance control activitiesAssist with Business Continuity activities such as updating the Business Impact Analysis database, updating Business Continuity plans etc.Support the team in various governance ad hoc requests and projectsWHAT YOU’LL NEEDBusiness Administration Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or a specializing in Information Technology or equivalent programsCPA, CISA or CIA or relevant experienceFunctional knowledge of ServiceNow is requiredExperience in consulting or audit is an assetExperience in Artificial Intelligence Governance, FinOps, Business Continuity Management and/or SOC audits is an assetWillingness to work in a constantly evolving work environmentStrong computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated initiative and curiosity to look beyond surface facts and conduct comprehensive, fact-based, value-added researchBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
