Our Global Human Resources (HR) team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members.
As the Senior Analyst, Recruiting Technology – Asia Pacific (APAC), you will fill a critical role on the HR Technology team reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology. You will assist with leading efforts to optimize and elevate recruiting systems users’ capabilities and experiences through streamlined support solutions, technology enhancements, strategic planning, and training. Your work will include tackling sophisticated system functionality issues to ensure the stability and continuity of all Hilton recruiting systems and ensuring system users have the knowledge and support resources to optimize the use of these technologies. You will drive innovation, efficiency, and engagement across Recruiting Technology.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Serve as a project team member on system implementations and system functionality enhancements necessary to meet ongoing organizational needs
- Serve as a key representative and liaison to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as necessary
- Assist with configurations of new functionality within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Recruiting system and perform regression testing for application upgrades
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by providing insights on test cases and data, conduct testing and lead UAT efforts with regional users
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with HR Technology team, IT, Recruiting stakeholders, external vendors, and other key users to deliver recruiting systems projects, upgrades, implement solutions and improvements
- Partner with regional Recruiting team on new technology requests and document business requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all communication efforts align with business objectives and priorities
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology and Training to ensure that regional training needs are met, including facilitating training if needed

You have these minimum qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a corporate or similar environment
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Global HCM Applications (Oracle or Workday)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in US time zones during implementation and on occasion post go live
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS)
- 3 years of experience working with a Global HCM systems such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting or Workday
- Understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Prior experience in recruitment
- 5 years of professional experience in a corporate or similar environment
