Module – SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM)

Location – Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon/Mumbai

Job Description:

In your role as a Business Process Consultant – SAP S/4HANA BRIM Subscription Order Management /

Customer Engagement, you will be responsible to provide advisory and implementation services to

evaluate, design, and configure end to end business processes as per the industry standard processes of

SOM / customer engagement for cross industries. You will collaborate closely work with your team

members to ensure success of the customer.

Following would be the roles and responsibilities:

• Acts as trusted advisor on strategic accounts and faces to client middle and top management level.
• Engage with C-level stake holders in understanding business requirements, current solution

landscape and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from

customer perspective.

• Conduct show & tell workshops to demonstrate e2e customer service processes which are triggers

from SOM / Customer engagement.

• Design and configure the system for various processes such as

o Manage customer master,

o Product master and bundling,

o Advanced Variant Configuration,

o Subscription Order management

o Solution Quotation Management

o CCM

o ODI configuration,

o Master Agreement,

o Partner Revenue Sharing,

o Change processes,

o Integration with other BRIM modules like Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing,

o Integration with CPQ, credit management, SAP SD, SAP S/4 Service,

• Define and maintain consulting services definition & maintenance and service delivery to the

customer.

• Engage with C-level stake holders in understanding business requirements, current solution

landscape and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from

customer perspective.

• Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on SAP SOM/ Customer engagement

solution.

• Prepare business process design document, Functional specification configuration documents and

test scripts as per the project requirement.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, JIRA or SAP Solution Manager is preferred.
• Knowledge of month-end, and year-end close processes

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree would be good to

have.

• At least 4 years of implementation experience in SAP BRIM with at-least 2 full lifecycle

implementations.

• Should also have basic understanding of SAP SD, SAP S/4 Service and related modules.
• Having SAP BRIM certification is a plus.
• BRIM certification would be appreciated.
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
