About PwC Digital & Technology Consulting. Digital & Technology Consulting will allow you to help organisations transform their digital and technology capabilities and solve their most critical challenges. We focus on building technology-enabled operating models, planning their new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimising business operations, and using modern management techniques such as robotic process automation and next-generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth. While located mostly in Kazakhstan, we are operating across Eurasia (Central Asia, Caucasus and Mongolia).

Role & Responsibilities:As a consultant, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Senior Associate:

• Manage projects (scope, schedule, cost, team management) including tracing the project progress and effectiveness and reporting internally to supervisors and externally to clients
• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). A Master’s degree is preferable.
• Professional certifications are an advantage (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, SAFe, etc.).
• 4 + Years of experience in technology / digital environment:
• Basic coding skills
• English – Advanced (both oral and written)
• Willingness to travel

An ideal candidate would:

• Demonstrate proven considerable abilities involving leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative, to accomplish the following results on client engagements:
• Teaming with and leading others, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and feedback;
• Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats;
• Demonstrating a strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and the ability to grasp readily analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence.
• Demonstrate considerable knowledge of and/or success in professional services roles helping companies address multi-layer, complex client issues in support of enterprise architecture and technology strategies.
• Demonstrate considerable knowledge of the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of emerging technology trends and commercial offerings supporting those trends.
