Senior BD Adviser role aligned to Litigation, Arbitration and Employment in this top global law firm! London based with 2 days WFH. Competitive salary and good progression.This global law firm are growing their litigation BD team in London and looking for a new Senior BD Adviser. This role will work across the broad BD and Marketing mix, including events, pitches, campaigns and client targeting. There could also be the opportunity to take ownership of a sub-practice group within the team, creating a great opportunity to learn and develop. And the firm have a great track record for progression and promotions!On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve:

• Working with Partner on business plans;
• Supporting on global events and being client facing on the day;
• Supporting and owning events as part of international disputes week in London;
• End-to-end bid management and development of credentials;
• Leading on marketing campaigns and digital initiatives;
