As the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a revitalized STANLEY brand function, with full funnel marketing to resonate with key channels of distribution & a highly targeted end-user strategy, serving a central strategy to engage key marketing and commercial stakeholders in the EMEA ANZ region.You will show high competency in targeting end users, driving acquisition strategies and have a passion for creating highly engaging, standardized brand activation outputs which are aligned to our defined KPIs.Leading a team, including a ‘Campaign Brand Manager and a ‘Product Activation Brand Manager’, you will have the ability to create strategic brand marketing initiatives and to drive performance in a high-performing team.The Job (responsibilities):
- Deliver a new brand equity campaign aligned to regional EMEA ANZ needs under a targeted end-user strategy
- Own creative brief approvals for all projects prior to agency/internal stakeholder communication
- Manage and align on all key central campaigns, ensuring tone of voice and brand guidelines are met in accordance to framework
- Build a robust process to ensure content for core categories and new products are produced within fast-paced lead timelines and are aligned to regional requirements
- Collaborate with global, regional and local-market teams, including Global Brand and Regional Marketing Directors, Digital, eCommerce and external agencies to develop and launch new products or services that meet the needs of the target audience via various marketing channels
- Act upon insight and data to form proactive brand outputs for the OP/strategic period
- Own and develop launch packages to support NPD – including online and office assets (photography, video, eCommerce content, email, website, social media, POS, merchandising and retailer specific assets)
- Lead the planning and ideation of the quarterly social media plan – working across functions with digital marketing team, graphic design team, agencies and all local markets to create social media posts which support the overarching social media strategy
- Channel-specific asset creation – including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and eCommerce
- Work with regional marketing contacts to develop assets to support sales – development of customer-specific eCommerce content, new in-store executions, adaptation of existing materials and more
- Focus on increasing data capture of marketable end users
- Work with the Product Management team to approve new packaging designs and ensuring brand consistency
The Person (requirements):
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Higher Degree or a professional marketing qualification
- Demonstrable experience working on digitally-focused campaigns
- Brand experience (qualifications or self-learning)
- Desired: experience in collaborating with external agencies
- Understanding of user persona and audience segmentation
- Fluency in English, other European languages are an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A robust sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping focus on the key priorities
- A creative approach to campaign development and problem-solving
- The ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organization
- Commercial acumen
- A proactive mindset
- Driving license
- Open to business travel across Europe, with the potential to travel to other regions
