Apply today!Job DetailsPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Develops and execute product strategies to meet market needs and achieve revenue targets.Works closely with internal functions, especially PSP, distribution, nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.Works with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.Creates business/marketing plans, promotional materials, and campaigns to support product launches and life cycle management.Monitors product performance through sales data analysis and customer feedback.Manages relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners.Provides training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.Conducts market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.Experience and Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or related field (advanced degree an asset).Minimum eight (8) years of pharmaceutical product management and sales experience.Strong understanding of drug development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across-functionally.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:Product lifecycle managementAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingMarket researchStrategic planningRegulatory knowledgeMarketing campaign developmentData analysisCross-functional team leadership.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office ProgramsFlexible with travel across Canada#LI-FA1What Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
