Senior Business AnalystBecome a primary liaison between our client facing teams and our internal engineering & operations teams to lead the company’s requirement definition & process documentation processes.Candidate must be located in New Brunswick.Focus AreasDefining & Documenting Requirements: Equip internal teams with the specifications required to build exactly what the customer is looking for.

• Be proficient at extracting, understanding, and articulating client requirements and relaying those requirements to internal teams to act upon;
• Accountability for all product/project requirements to ensure cross functional delivery of actionable business cases;
• Work with account managers to continuously improve our platform & products.

Defining & Documenting Processes: Internal and client-facing processes are properly defined, documented, and continuously improved.

• Lead the creation of documentation for current and future state internal processes;
• Identify potential gaps in existing processes and lead process improvement initiatives using quantitative methods;
• Identify potential gaps in our existing documentation and provide solutions where applicable;
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements;
• Define and manage test cases for new products and changes to existing products;
• Prepare integration plans for product deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related position.
• Willingness & ability to work with clients, including travel to their offices as needed.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study.
• Highly technical & analytical, experience with implementing complex software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform with significant responsibility in a dynamic environment where decisions are made rapidly.
• Experience working with Data-driven Applications in a Cloud environment.
• Experience working with clients and developers to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
• Ability to lead junior analysts and support them with their deliverables.
