The Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft 365 will play a pivotal role in analysing and optimising the use of Microsoft 365 tools within the public sector, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This permanent position in Birmingham requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Provide expert guidance on optimising the use of Microsoft 365 applications across the organisation.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Support project teams in delivering technology-based solutions aligned with public sector objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented tools, ensuring they meet organisational goals.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and their application within a professional setting.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 implementation/migration strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of public sector operations and objectives.
- Relevant qualifications in business analysis or related fields.

- Competitive salary ranging from £54,285 to £60,585 per annum.
