The Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft 365 will play a pivotal role in analysing and optimising the use of Microsoft 365 tools within the public sector, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This permanent position in Birmingham requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Analyse business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Provide expert guidance on optimising the use of Microsoft 365 applications across the organisation.
• Develop and document business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Support project teams in delivering technology-based solutions aligned with public sector objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented tools, ensuring they meet organisational goals.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and their application within a professional setting.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 implementation/migration strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in documenting business processes and creating workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of public sector operations and objectives.
• Relevant qualifications in business analysis or related fields.
