My client, a top 100 national law firm, is looking for a business immigration lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.This role will involve advising on a variety of business immigration matters including skilled worker visas including navigating and using the SMS to request and assign Certificate of Sponsorship, sponsor licence applications/compliance and right to work advice, carrying out sponsorship compliance and right to work audits, challenging immigration enforcement action, supporting clients with immigration queries across their market focus areas including Higher Education, Health Care and Commercial Services and corporate support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Solid background in Business Immigration
• Experience supporting corporate transactions, including immigration due diligence, is desirable.
• BD experience will be welcomed
