You will be responsible for creating and delivering value with business process optimization and systems automation on the lead, deal registration, account, contact ,opportunity management and CPQ areas. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, engaging and collaborating with the cross functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and Channel Operations. The main responsibility of this position will be to partner directly with our sales business leaders and other key stakeholders to implement new enhancements in Salesforce to support and automate our lead to quote processes. You will be challenged to think creatively about how to reshape existing processes to become more efficient and your work will be integral to supporting a seamless sales experience.Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Salesforce implementation and optimizationSupport the relationship with the Global Sales, Services and Marketing, utilizing proactive account management strategies, and develop strong business relationshipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirementsDesign and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that address complex business challengesManage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projectsConduct thorough gap analysis and develop innovative solutions to meet business needsReviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to customize and create solutions that support overall business strategies, including creating custom fields, workflows, and automations. Identifies business requirements and translates into detailed technical system requirements.Designs and optimizes contact lifecycle stage management processes and lead management processes for quoting and orderingDevelops and implements data management strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data. Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of related efforts.Stays informed about new features and updates to tools within the CPQ stack, and evaluates potential impact on operations and strategies.Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system diagramsDevelop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for usersPerform system administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data maintenanceMonitor system performance and recommend continuous improvement strategiesManage relationships with Salesforce vendors and external consulting partnersBuild POCs and demonstrate to stakeholders the new salesforce feature releasesShould be able to configure Salesforce using point and click and Identify & Drive when to code and when not toMap Business requirements to Salesforce standard OOTB featuresIdentify recurring issues that will drive system improvements and maintain run bookWork collaboratively and closely with other Business Analysts, Onshore and Offshore Developers during the execution phaseRequired Skills:Knowledge of subscription business modelMinimum 10+ years of experience as a business systems analyst on the Salesforce platformMinimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ, Einstein and Experience Cloud.Deep knowledge and experience in implementing Sales Processes and Pipeline management such as lead management, account management, opportunity management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting, etc..Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules, etc..Strong Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and AgentforceGood understanding of Einstein AnalyticsExcellent problem-solving skills Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectivesStrong communication skills – verbal, written, and listeningFair, objective, and data-driven in decision makingExperience with Salesforce managed packagesMust have Salesforce Sales Cloud certification4-year Degree in BS/BA, MIS or comparable technical degreeKnowledge of Salesforce Industries & Omnistudio will be an added advantageFor a closer look into what life at 8×8 UK Ltd. is about check out our page.8×8 believes diversity makes our company stronger which is why we are a proud equal opportunities employer and encourage all of our staff to bring their authentic selves to work.
