A leading global Cost & Project Management Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager for their growing Bristol office.The Senior Construction Project Manager RoleAs the company continues to grow and succeed, they are looking to add a new Senior Project Manager to their specialized Real Estate team. You will handle commissions of varying scale and value typically up to £40m, sectors include Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Retail and Education.As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead commissions and oversee end-to-end service delivery. Acting as the primary client contact, you’ll ensure projects meet client objectives, adhere to time and cost targets, and achieve the required quality standards.The role comes with exceptional opportunity for continuous professional development with the help of personalised progression plans and unrivalled support with Chartership from a global company with limited resources.The Senior Construction Project ManagerWill have:

• Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
• MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7 ideallyup to £40m
