Who we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Consulting Team based in Lisbon.

In this role, you will take the lead in managing transformation projects for our diverse client base, developing and implementing strategies across various areas including marketing, customer operating models, commerce, and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, leveraging strategic thinking to develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.
• Effectively manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and providing insightful recommendations.
• Present information clearly and concisely, conveying insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll need

Qualifying for this role means that you must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or consultancy support to technology projects.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond Portuguese and English, particularly Spanish, French, or German.
• Proven ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development.
