• 5年以上のOracle CX Cloudの職務経験

職務:

• Oracle Sales CloudおよびCPQの導入経験
• 取引先ポータル、商談、オーダー管理、コネクテッド・ビジネス・インテリジェンスに関する高度な知識
• BMLスクリプト、B2Bサイト管理、商取引、構成作業(配列、ルール、ピックリスト、プロダクト階層など)における高度な知識
• ドキュメントテンプレート、レイアウト、エレメント、XSLスニペットなどの設計に関する豊富な知識
• 顧客要件を理解し、機能設計書を作成する
• 卓越した分析的問題解決能力を有し、単独またはチームワークで業務を遂行できる
• オフショアに機能的ソリューションを伝えるための卓越したコミュニケーションスキル(書面および口頭)
• クラウドERPのデータモデル(サプライチェーン、財務、プロダクト開発、TCA)の基本的な理解 – Sales CloudおよびCPQとの機能統合の橋渡しを目的とする
• オフショアチームとの成果物の調整
