Salary – AUD 108,571-119,893 (Annual Gross)

Short Description: 

We are looking for an experienced IFS Cloud FSM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and customizing IFS Cloud Field Service Management solutions to meet our clients’ business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements to provide effective IFS Cloud FSM solutions.
• Develop business and functional specifications for IFS Cloud FSM implementations.
• Implement, integrate, and customize IFS Cloud FSM solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users of IFS Cloud FSM.
• Create and maintain documentation and guides for IFS Cloud FSM processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest IFS Cloud FSM features and industry best practices.

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle with 5+ years of experience in IFS FSM, with a focus on IFS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud FSM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in working in teams on large and complex IFS projects
• Relevant Certification in the IFS
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
