Responsibilities:

• Performance improvement of banks of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan
• Description and optimization of business processes
• Development of credit and settlement products
• Participation in tenders and direct sales of consulting projects (Performance improvement for bank clients)
• Conducting interviews with clients, preparation of slides for project sales
• Data processing and development of financial models in MS Excel
• Preparing presentations in MS Power Point

Requirements:

• Higher education – financial/economic/technical
• Considered an advantage: Certificates such as CFA level 1 and higher, CIMA of any level
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting/banking/finance
• Deep understanding of banking business, credit and settlement products
• Understanding key financial indicators of banks
• Considered an advantage: Experience in launching Shared Service Centers
• Considered an advantage: Experience in leading a team of 3 or more
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point, the ability to quickly make appealing presentations
• Considered an advantage: Advanced Excel skills, ability to build financial models of banking products and projects
• Russian and English – advanced level
• Considered an advantage: Knowledge of Uzbek and/or Kazakh languages
