Functional – Oracle ERP Finance Consultant

Skills:

• Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant (OR) Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant
  • Mandatary Modules: Account Receivables, Account Payables and General Ledger.
  • Optional Modules: Fixed Assets, Cash Management

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud Finance Functional experience

OR

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle EBS Finance functional experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and help clients transform their business with Oracle.
• Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.
• Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test the Oracle system.
• Coordination with the India offshore team for deliverables.
• Coordinate with Other Track members and business partner to model, design, and build business solutions.
• Define requirements and lead projects from inception through delivery, including status updates, scope changes.
• Experience or knowledge of Integrations with EDI/3PL systems is much appreciated.
• Experience with IT analysis, design and development of complex ERP solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance or Oracle Cloud Finance in any area – Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger
• Knowledge in Oracle Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
• Experience with implementation and support of Oracle EBS Finance Applications, including at least 1 full cycle project implementing and supporting Account Receivables, Account Payables and General Ledger.
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud – Any
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with quick learning on the job in Japanese.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork required.

• ビジネスプロセスを解析し、お客様のビジネスを変革するようOracleで支援
• Oracleを実際に操作して構成することでソリューションを設計、プロトタイプ化し反復させる
• 実装の方法論を理解し適用することで、Oracleシステムを構築、文書化しテスト
• 成果物についてインドのオフショアチームと連携
• 他部署のメンバーおよびビジネスパートナーと連携して、ビジネスソリューションをモデリング、設計、構築
• 要件定義から納品までのプロジェクト管理（ステータス更新、スコープ変更などを含む）
• EDI／3PLシステムとの連携に関する経験・知識があれば尚可
• 複雑なERPソリューションのIT解析、設計および開発の経験

資格とスキル

• Oracle EBS Finance または Oracle Cloud Finance の導入経験（AR、AP、GLのいずれか）
• Oracle資金管理および固定資産モジュールの知識
• Oracle EBS Finance アプリケーションの導入・サポート経験（最低1回のフルサイクル導入経験およびAR、AP、GLのサポート経験）
• Oracle Cloud関連の認定資格（いずれか）
• 日本語での優れた文書・口頭コミュニケーション能力
• 日本語での迅速な習得力を伴う問題解決・分析スキル
• 優れた対人スキルとチームワーク能力

主な業務内容

• 中小規模の複雑なInfosys主導のプロジェクトに参画し、クライアントおよびInfosysの成功基準・品質基準を満たす。
• クライアントとの要件定義・設計に関するワークショップを主導。
• 詳細な要件・機能設計書を作成し、オフショア開発チームに説明。
• 開発されたソリューションの検証・デモンストレーションを行い、クライアントの承認を促進。
• クライアントからの質問・不明点に対して、オフショアの機能・技術チームを支援。

必須スキル・経験

• Microsoft Dynamics AXでの経験が7年以上、およびD365 F&Oでの導入経験が1回以上。
• 財務領域における業務分析または機能コンサルティングの経験が8年以上。
• 以下のモジュールのうち5つ以上の経験：勘定科目、買掛金、売掛金、固定資産、総勘定元帳、現金・銀行、税務、予算管理、原価計算。
• 業界知識とベストプラクティスに関する高い理解。
