Qualification:

• SAP IBP Certification
• Experiencing in industries such as automotive, automotive parts, manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
• Having familiarity with agile project methodologies.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (sales/production/inventory, BOM, forecast planning).
• Experience to develop the global templates from the standard version of the application.
• Experience with SaaS integrations
• Ability to design and validate complex data models and calculations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Change Management Experience would be plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as professional consultant in the design and configuration phases in the upper stream of the project.
• Function as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the project members.
• Conduct configuration sprint sessions and deliver solution designs.
• Validate data models, custom tables, fields, and calculations.
• Demonstrate the operational skills and give the necessary coaching about SAP IBP or PP/APO transactions to the client.

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダー管理スキル
• サプライチェーン、工学、IT、または関連分野の学士号
• 変革管理の経験があれば尚可

主な職務内容:

• プロジェクトの上流工程における設計および構成フェーズでのプロフェッショナルコンサルタントとしての役割
• クライアントのステークホルダーとプロジェクトメンバー間の主要な連絡役としての役割
• コンフィギュレーションスプリントセッションの実施およびソリューション設計の提供
• データモデル、カスタムテーブル、フィールド、計算式の検証
• SAP IBP、PP、APOのトランザクションに関する運用スキルを示し、クライアントに必要なコーチングを提供
