We’re searching for a SAP PP/QM Consultant to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

What will you do?

• Drive simplification / design workshops to gather requirements on programs or configurations, documentation and tests business solution in SAP/PP and QM applications according to the functional and technical requirements.
• Prepares functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the assigned change requests based on user requirements analysis.
• Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development.
• Provide Key User Training to client trainers.
• Analyse, resolve, clarify and prevent issues and complete hypercare on time.
• Lead the project PP and QM substream to manage and execute workplan with offshore resources.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects
• Minimum experience in 5 full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects (combination of RISE and Non-RISE)
• Knowledgeable and skilled in design & maintenance of SAP/PP and QM modules
• Well versed in business solution in SAP/PP and QM areas, in both ECC and S/4HANA (including RISE)
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Customer focused
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to travel as required
