The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Sydney team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and technology consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in industries such as energy, transport, defence, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and contribute to complex consultancy projects from inception to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, along with Chartered Engineering status
• Extensive experience in consultancy, with a focus on systems engineering, safety assurance, project management, or related disciplines.
• A strong industry based network within New South Wales
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.
• Australian citizenship or eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance (essential).
