Salary: AUD 108,571-119,893 (Annual Gross)

Short Description-

Seeking a Senior Consultant expert on UKG Dimensions (Kronos WFD) experience. The position will primarily be responsible for creating the Business Requirements Document(BRD), high-level design artifacts as well as detailed solution design, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Interface with key stakeholders and apply your Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Attendance modules in UKG Dimensions.
• Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
• Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis etc.
• Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals and Activities
• Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision
• Motivated by, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines
• Independent and self-directed
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Australian citizens and those authorized to work in Australia are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• At least 6 years of experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD Applications

Preferred Qualifications

• At least Kronos Technical Consultant, with implementation experience (at least 4 projects) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
