  • 統合テストの支援およびWorkdayアプリケーションのメンテナンスとサポートに関連する活動を支援する。
  • 主要なステークホルダーとやりとりし、要件の聞き出し、ソリューションの設計、構築とデプロイ等、プロジェクトの様々な段階にWorkday HCMドメインと技術的専門性を適用する。

経験：

• • Workday HCMモジュール（Core HR、Compensation、Recruitment、Benefits、Talent Management、 Payroll、 Time & Absence/Adaptive）のうち3つ以上のモジュールにおいて5年以上の経験。
  • Workday テクノロジーで5年以上の経験。 Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)、Advanced Report Writer、Cloud Connect (PICOF、PECI、CCW、CCB)、Business Process Framework、 Configurable Security、Calculated Fields、Custom fields、XML/XSLT、Studio、 BIRT Reporting およびデータ解析のいずれか。
  • Workdayの実装または展開プロジェクトで全サイクルを2回以上経験していること。
  • 主要なWorkday Managed Services Programでの豊富な経験
  • Workday HCMソリューションの解析、設計、開発、テストおよび実装で実際に操作した経験が豊富であること
  • サードパーティシステムのインバウンド/アウトバウンド統合およびデータフローに精通していること
  • リサーチ、システム課題の解決、不測の結果やプロセスフローなど、本稼働後のサポート経験。 ビジネス目標に合うソリューションまたは代替手法を推奨した経験。
  • 日次のサポート活動をモニタリングし、ログに記録された問題が解決されるようにし、トラブルシューティングおよびデータの問題を是正した経験

担当分野：

• • ビジネスおよびITの部署とやりとりし、情報を収集してソリューションを提供する/重要な問題を解決する
  • ビジネス/クライアントチームと会議を行い、ビジネス要件およびビジネス目標を話し合う
  • 新しい技術を学習、理解、適用してビジネス課題を解決する。
  • 上級ビジネスパートナーと連携し、詳細な要件を入手して革新的なソリューションを届ける。
