About the Role

As a senior member of the Customer Solutions & Cloud business, you will be responsible for defining Optus as a leader in the domain of Customer Experience. You will create and implement growth strategies that differentiate Optus as an industry leader and drive growth of Optus CX solutions. Being a seasoned CX consultant/ practitioner with a passion for contemporary digital solutions, you will push the boundaries of traditional thinking and your creative mindset will drive innovation and thought leadership. Your broad CX acumen and understanding of the challenges Enterprise and Govt, will help you develop strong and sustainable value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives. Being able to identify influencers and decision makers within the client’s organization and effectively engage across all levels in the customer’s organization including C-level executives and decision makers, will be key to your success. This role is focused on growth through acquisition as well as bringing new capability to existing customers. You will develop new solutions that leverage Optus assets and work closely with other Optus teams to bring about innovative solutions and develop productive relationships with partners and vendors. As the driver of the end-to-end sales process, from building the customer relationship and understanding their CX aspirations, you will lead the solution build, and be the face of Optus to our customer and partners. You are a resourceful executive, collaborating with the right experts to deliver on customer aspirations. You enjoy leading a deal and designing and proposing unique solutions and managing commercial negotiation. Proactively monitoring the market changes/needs, emerging technologies and the competitive landscape, will enable you to be disruptive and think about the future evolution of CX .

About You

We are looking for the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • An understanding of Digital CX; CX AI and Automation, Contact Centre operations, contemporary concepts and technologies
  • Strong consultative strategic solution capability, presentation, sales, written communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to a business
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple stakeholders to achieve results
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative organization
  • Experience building and executing industry growth strategies
  • Track record of exceptional growth performance
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA with relevant sales experience in technology, telecommunication or contact centre related industry
