As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with global managers across regions to uncover new opportunities, challenge existing processes, and present your findings to our leadership team. We seek an experienced, hands-on professional with strong technical skills and a solid business mindset.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver innovative analytics projects that optimize performance across regions and channels.
Report on key performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, providing actionable insights to enhance results.
Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science teams to drive growth.
Share expertise and best practices within the analytical functions to create a shared center of excellence.
Craft compelling narratives from data to highlight market and channel opportunities.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in a data and/or product analytics role, ideally in a high-data-volume environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Ability to convey complex findings clearly and simply to key stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau, Looker, or similar). Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
Advantages:
Experience in fintech, social, or technology industries, or other high-data-volume sectors.
Familiarity with marketing concepts, funnel conversion, retention analysis, and CRM activities.
Knowledge of A/B testing principles and statistical analysis techniques.
Proficiency in Python and/or ETL processes.
