We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to develop and maintain scalable data solutions that enable accurate and efficient decision making. This role emphasizes advanced SQL development and SAP ECC 6 data modeling to extract, transform, and integrate data from ERP systems into the enterprise platform. The Senior Data Analyst works with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build data models, and ensure data quality and performance across multiple sources.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop SQL and ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load data from SAP ECC 6 and other enterprise systems into the data platform.
• Leverage SAP BAPIs and related integration methods to access and process ERP data efficiently.
• Design and maintain scalable data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and design or refine data models that adapt to changing business requirements.
• Maintain documentation of data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions for reference and auditing purposes.
• Design and implement business intelligence best practices, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards, protecting sensitive information and ensuring data privacy.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or equivalent from an accredited four-year institution.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query development, performance tuning, and stored procedure design.
• experience extracting and integrating SAP data using BAPIs, RFCs, or other SAP integration methods.
• Proficiency in data modeling and ETL development, with the ability to design scalable, well-structured data solutions.
• Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other database platforms (e.g., Oracle).
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) for data validation and support of reporting needs.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. A high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive with change and complexity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of traveling as required up to 15%

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL development, and SAP ECC 6 data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6, including a strong understanding of core modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) and key table structures required.
• This is an onsite-only role based in Hebron, KY. Candidates must be able to commute daily; relocation support is not available.
• Previous experience with Power BI strongly preferred
