The Senior Director, Business Development and Strategy is responsible for developing and executing ASHP’s business development strategy in the B2B (business-to-business) healthcare market including commercial and technology partnerships. This role will also manage and expand strong business-to-business relationships with entities including commercial publishers and other organizations interested in medication education/knowledge content, pharmaceutical manufacturers and technology corporations, and other corporate market segments.
This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to live in the Washington, DC area and be present in the downtown Bethesda, Maryland office as needed. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The base salary for this position is $185,000-$205,000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. This salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on ASHP’s commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, educational background and licenses/certifications, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and other business and organizational needs.
