We offer a super exciting role where you will be responsible for professional, effective and flawless support to the Chief Product Officer by taking full ownership of all administration tasks and in occasion, help in project coordination on several initiatives as assigned by the manager. Being the gate-keeper and always being one step ahead. Understand the overall scope of the business. Transparency and great communication skills are required within this role.

Key Responsibilities

Chief Product Officer support:

  • Expected partnership and sparring with Chief Product Officer.
  • Full ownership of calendar & email management.
  • Prepare material for meetings/events
  • Act as bridge between Chief Product Officer and team stakeholders, HR and Comms
  • Arrange travel
  • Support with invoices/TEM
  • Responsible for minutes/actions
  • Trusted sparring partner for HR related matters
  • Support ad hoc projects e.g., event planning/ project management.

Chief Product Officer team support:

  • Maintain Teams sites
  • Execute team meetings
  • Trusted sparring partner for leadership team
  • Run SharePoint sites
  • On- and offboarding of colleagues.

What we look for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management Preferred
  • 6-8 years minimum experience in the field.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with proven ability to work under pressure and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once achieving results and deliverables
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • Self-directed, can work independently
  • High degree of attention to detail.

Job Type:Full Time

This role requires to be On-Site 5 days per week.

Salary:$90,000- $110,000*

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
