Description

Reviews project quantities and manages the project quantity book.
Assists with cost report management and tracking.
Assists with regular updates of project schedules.
Manages subcontractors and or suppliers and inputs quantities into the system of record and prepares subcontractor pay estimates and reviews supplier invoices.
Performs quantity take offs.
Identifies and resolves conflicts between design plans and onsite conditions and communicates changes to Project Engineering.
Performs other duties as assigned.

education

Bachelor’s Degree

Employment Conditions

2 years of experience in estimating or engineering in heavy civil construction industry
