SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

We have been engaged by a growing, PE-backed service company in Atlanta in its search for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst. The company is experiencing high growth through acquisitions and the CFO is seeking a right hand to help continue to build out the FP&A function as they scale for future growth. The company offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, a competitive compensation package, and the opportunity to truly make an impact.

The Senior Financial Analyst will work alongside the CFO in all aspects of FP&A, including: financial reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, KPI development, dashboard reporting, driving process improvements, M&A support, financial modeling, finding cost savings, and ad hoc analysis.

The right candidate for this Senior Financial Analyst role will have:

• Bachelor’s in Finance (or related); MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive, relevant experience
• Experience working in PE-backed company
• Experience working in an multi-unit business
• Advanced to Expert level Excel modeling skills
• Experience working with Power BI
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• History of job stability and career progression
