Senior Graphic Designer

SUMMARY: The Senior Graphic Designer for the New England Revolution will conceptualize and execute high-impact visual assets that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You will guide creative solutions that strengthen brand identity and meet our business goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the development and execution of visual branding of the New England Revolution across print, digital, and audio/video platforms, ensuring alignment with the Revolution brand guidelines.
2. Produce and design engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, sponsorships, ticketing, and other various organizational needs.
3. Deliver real-time, on-brand visuals during match days and other live events.
4. Present compelling concepts and communicate creative strategies effectively within cross function teams.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on overall brand/campaign ideation and design that defines the brand voice for the organization.
6. Mentor the Graphic Designer to uphold design quality, innovation, and to support professional development.
7. Continuously explore new design techniques, tools and trends to elevate the team’s creative output
8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• • Bachelor’s degree required, in graphic design, digital marketing, or relevant field of study.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in digital media and print
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Mac operating system; motion graphics experience (After effects) is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, scale, and visual hierarchy.
  • Skilled in translating marketing strategies into visual content.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism; able to receive and provide constructive feedback.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a passion for quality execution.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes nights and weekends
