As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will support the Technology teams by translating business needs into integrated Human Resource solutions to fully leverage people management, employee capability and organizational development. You’ll give people managers and their teams the tools and support they need to best serve our clients. You’ll use your human resources experience to provide value added advice and counsel in all areas of Human Resources including: performance management, rewards and recognition, recruitment and retention, talent management, succession planning, employee relations and inclusion and diversity. You can effectively manage the demands of the client group, present business specific HR requirements and/or issues to the centres, and partner with the HR centres of expertise in the development of business specific HR solutions.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you’ll succeed
