Senior IT Demand Manager (Active Secret Clearance)

Suvi is seeking a Senior IT Demand Manager in Alexandria, VA, to oversee the end-to-end Demand Management process, ensuring that IT ideas, requests, and projects are effectively evaluated, prioritized, and resourced in alignment with DoD OIG strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake of new demands, facilitate prioritization boards, and partner with service and product owners to develop demand summaries and business cases that define needs, solutions, costs, and resource requirements.
• Ensure integration of demand activities with IT Financial Management, Change Management, and Service Portfolio Management, while communicating status and priorities to stakeholders.
• Analyze process efficiency, recommend improvements, and provide strategic thought leadership to optimize IT investments.
• Enable OIG leadership to make informed decisions on IT priorities that balance mission impact, resource constraints, and organizational goals by maintaining consistent processes, tools, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in IT service management or portfolio/demand management, with at least 5 years leading IT demand planning and prioritization in a federal or enterprise environment.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Managing Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Agilist certification.
