This is an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join a rapidly growing, innovative tech-driven business. Working closely with the General Counsel, the successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of legal work, spanning commercial contracts, data protection, regulatory compliance, and more. This role offers genuine variety and the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.The position can be full-time or part-time (4 days) and will ideally be based in our client’s Manchester office, with a requirement to be on-site 2-3 days per week. The Commercial Legal Counsel will work autonomously, supporting the General Counsel and taking ownership of key projects.Our client is seeking a commercially minded solicitor with 6+ years PQE, ideally with in-house experience. However, applications from candidates with different levels of experience will also be considered.
