Job DescriptionLegal departments of leading international infrastructure companies, Ferrovial Construction and Vinci Construction, seek an attorney to join their expanding team as Senior Legal Counsel: OLS – Design, Build and Finance – Ontario Line – Southern Civil, Stations and Tunnel (the “Project”).Reporting directly to the Project Director (PD) with a functional reporting line to in-house legal functions of Ferrovial Construction and Vinci Construction, being primarily responsible for the provision, coordination, management and reporting of legal advice and support for the Project. Delivering a proactive legal service to support the successful delivery of the Project by providing professional guidance, pragmatic advice and practical support on legal, safety and compliance issues.OverviewResponsible for dealing with a wide range of complex legal issues including:
