Two key components of this newly-created role include: handling the legal matters concerning numerous specialties; as well as being a sounding board in terms of strategy and new ideas to the Canadian CEO. The legal related issues can, and likely will, cover areas of sales, procurement, claims, disputes, corporate, etc. in Canada. In addition, the incumbent will ensure compliance with applicable processes, directives, policies, contracts, and laws.Location for this role is in the East of the GTA, covering both their Scarborough and Pickering locations.
