We have a new opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to work with an aerospace group based in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing legal function in a period of expansion across the legal function.Reporting to the GC the successful candidate will work as part of a collegiate team, working on the full suite of corporate/commercial matters including M&A, drafting and negotiating contracts, JV’s, procurement, litigation and more.You must have at least 8 years’ experience working for a leading international law firm and/or from in-house teams at an international aerospace group.
