The European practice for Hackett is well established across Transformation, Benchmarking and Advisory. (Advisory is a multi-year programme-based market offering providing intellectual property and coaching to a wide client base).

We are strengthening our Transformation capability in Germany and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives, function and GBS leadership teams, we design and implement change/ transformation programmes to deliver Digital World-Class performance for our global clients.

We use our extensive understanding of G&A functions and Global Business Services, including the optimization of Operating Model strategies, transformation of End-to-End processes such as Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, General Accounting, Hire-to-Retire, Record-to-Report and re-alignment of organization structures & skills to drive improvements in the Operating Model, cost structure and the value provided to the overall enterprise.

Consulting Experience:

• Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
• Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
• Directing and leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
• Change management experience
• Possess strong management and leadership skills
• Cross-sector / capability awareness
• German , European and global clients

Technical Experience:

• Viewed as an expert in Finance processes i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
• Solid understanding of HR and IT processes
• Viewed as an expert in Global Business Services and Shared Services
• Viewed as an expert in Operating Model design and implementation
• Finance systems deployment experience
• Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
• Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle

Technology Experience:

• SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud advantageous but not essential
• Celonis, or other process mining knowledge advantageous but not essential
• Other system/ tool knowledge e.g. Blackline, Coupa, Workiva, ServiceNow advantageous but not essential

Language Requirements: Fluency in German and English
