Role Overview

Sodexo is currently searching for a Senior Manager, Finance, Contract Management for our Supply Contract Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation of project work, system integration, data analysis, and contract maintenance. 

This is a hybrid position, candidate will report to our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include: 

• Responsible for understanding and navigating Sodexo Supply Chain Processes including those with Suppliers, Distributors, and Manufacturers.
• Along with reporting responsibilities, an emphasis on complex analytical exercises to troubleshoot and identify problem areas for remediation and improvement.
• Troubleshoots, identifies, and researches anomalies and discrepancies in system data.
• Contract Management as it applies to billings to Manufacturers, and pricing to Distributors
• Training of Manufacturer, Supplier, and internal stakeholders on team systems

What You Bring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 Years of IT related experience or equivalent education credentials.
• 2 Years’ Project Management and Business Analyst experience
• Demonstrated strong expertise with SQL, relational database concepts, and working with large datasets
• Extensive experience creating business requirements and the ability to understand technical requirements and implement accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience – 3-5 years

Minimum Functional Experience – 3-5 years of experience in contracting or related experience
