As a PDF Solutions employee you can be part of the industry 4.0 revolution that is changing the world as we know it.The Sr. Manager, Human resources will lead the Talent Acquisition Team and help provide HR guidance to our team in our Canadian and other global locations.They will use their deep HR knowledge to help create strategies designed to manage, develop, motivate and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives.This role will help shape the future of HR in our organization by leading in the creation of new HR initiatives and drive projects to completion. They aren’t afraid to individually contribute when to get the job done while programs are being built or during unexpected upticks during the HR cycle. This role enjoys international travel from time to time. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team
  • Create an integrated service delivery model for talent acquisition that works for our global team located in North America, Europe, and Asia
  • Work with the Engagement team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Design and implement breakthrough recruitment and sourcing programs to attract qualified passive candidates within hard-to-hired sectors, including creating key post-secondary relationships
  • Support the talent acquisition team in continuing to perfect automation of key recruiting metrics to communicate progress through the recruiting cycle and leverage our current ATS
  • Provide strategic oversight and consistent governance of talent acquisition priorities
  • Mange recruiting budget, and partner with Finance to report on overall HC forecasts
  • Manage and ensure the ATS is updated according to defined standards and champion best practices for leveraging all tools efficiently

HR Advisory- Canada & International (non-US)

  • Foster a value driven culture that is passionate about the employee experience through their entire lifecycle in the organization
  • Provide support and coaching for Leadership and be a thinking partner for our leaders
  • Help answers and create documents to address questions about policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and in the countries where we operate as assigned
  • Act as an employee advocate and address their various needs and concerns with empathy, and is able to instruct leaders through coaching conversations
  • Work with the team to update HR documentation in Canada, Europe, and Asia and ensure compliance

HR Projects & Programs

  • Work within the greater HR team to stand up new programs and processes
  • Plan change management, communication, and deployment for new programs
  • Support Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions
  • Work with the Chief people Officer in the future development of talent management programs including leadership and technical development programs
  • Help support in the continuous improvement relating to HR initiatives
  • Drive the development of HR-related strategies and ensure implementation and execution
  • Working with the team to stand up Safety programs globally

Qualifications:

  • University degree or higher with 12+ years of HR experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team
  • 3+ years of working in or overseeing a talent acquisition team, and proven ability to support Headcount Planning and reporting
  • Ability to travel internationally(10%-20%) and able to work flexible hours to support the overseas team in Asia and Europe
  • Is able to apply business acumen that allows for practical application between business and compliance risk
  • Ability to speak and write effectively, demonstrated active listening skills
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates the principles of teamwork and creating a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, and create new programs using past knowledge
  • Bias for action and closing out deliverables while working harmoniously in an inclusive team environment

Pay Range: CAD $115,000.00 – CAD $165,000.00 /Yr.
