Job Description

Manage a team that is responsible for the information security function, including but not limited to information technology security controls and architecture, information privacy, vulnerability management and remediation, risk evaluation/management, regulatory compliance, communication and training for information security initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manages a team evaluating, reporting, and maintaining plans for remediation of vulnerabilities that fall outside of the standard operating procedures for vulnerability management.

Proactively report, manage, and driver vulnerability remediation plans to closure in coordination with associated organizational owners.

Manages the development, deployment and execution of standard operating procedure for the submission, tracking, and compliance for submission of remediation plans and associated milestones to track continued progress.

Identifies strategic security architecture, goals, objectives and metrics as well as identifying priorities for protection of critical systems based on vulnerability management risk and compliance.

Evaluates potential business impacts related to vulnerabilities and provides guidance to business decision-makers.

Develops and executes security systems compliance policies and procedures. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications:

This role is bases in the US and US citizenship.

Linux or Windows experience required.

Healthcare experience a plus.

Archer experience a plus.

Great people leader as well as technical leader.

US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
