You’ll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, leverage strategic sponsorships, and work with a talented team to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.The successful candidate should have extensive experience in; campaign development and execution, media planning, integrated project management, sponsorships (ideally sport related), analytics and is comfortable working with cross-functional internal teams and with external partners such as media and creative agencies. - Act as the hub, bringing the various subject matter experts (Social, Performance, PR and Mass) in marketing together to coordinate, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns all while aligning to the product roadmap.
- Ensure all partners have the required information, assets and deliverables to meet the objectives.
- Project manage and track the progress from campaign development to executions to post analysis.
Advertising (Mass and Performance) Campaign Development, Execution, and Measurement
- Support the development of all creative, including assets for paid and owned media.
- Campaign tracking and measurement, providing a clear analysis of performance and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain content calendar for campaigns in market.
- Monitor the budget associated with the delivery of programs.
- Manage vendors (creative agency, media agency) that support delivery of programs.
Sponsorship Management and Activation
- Support the alignment of sponsorships with broader marketing and business objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation and sales.
- Support on-site sponsorship activations, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and measurement.
- Use data to evaluate the impact of our sponsorships, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable insights for future initiatives.
Other
- Collaborate and project manage other enabling service partners – copywriters, graphic designers and digital/IT services and agency partners
- Develop comprehensive briefs for both internal and external partners on upcoming campaigns.
- Help analyze and track key organizational metrics
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in business or marketing preferred with 5+ years of marketing experience managing the delivery of campaigns and managing agency partners
- Ideal candidate either comes from a Marketing Planning, Brand Marketing, Media Planning, or Agency background
- Experience working in the financial services preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a strong personal commitment to excellence

Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word in particular).
- Some experience working with WordPress (or similar CMS) and Google certifications would beneficial
- Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial
- Presenting skills would be beneficial
