Responsibilities:

  • Supervises preparation of regular financial reports, and presents to the executive team and parent company management.
  • Provides strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting the executive leadership team in making informed business decisions.
  • Determines cash requirements and investment plans to maintain appropriate cash flow for all the company’s legal entities.
  • Directs and manages operations of the treasury function, including oversight of reporting, projections, compliance, and credit agreements.
  • Conducts in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversees the preparation of bi-annual financial budgets and forecasts, including short-term and long-term projections.
  • Continuously monitors financial performance against forecasts and budgets, adjusting as necessary.
  • Ensures the team is equipped with the necessary tools and skills to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborates with various departments to provide financial insights and support for business decisions and budgeting.
  • Develops and maintains bank and treasury relationships.
  • Drives process improvements within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stays up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive.
  • Provides financial deliverables to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Mentors, coaches, provides feedback, and evaluates the performance of employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 years of experience
  • Financial statements expertise required
  • Budgeting experience required
  • Treasury experience required
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IAS/IFRS accounting principles required
  • Supervisory/Management experience
