Salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum) – $121,000 (midpoint) – $149,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Manufacturing Projects: Directs complex manufacturing initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.

• Solve Technical Challenges: Identifies and resolves intricate manufacturing problems using advanced technical knowledge and innovative approaches.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partners with cross functional departments to integrate manufacturing processes and optimize operational efficiency.

• Mentor and Support Colleagues: Provides guidance and expertise to less experienced team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

• Implement Best Practices: Develops and enforces manufacturing standards and best practices to enhance quality, productivity, and competitiveness.

• Quality Assurance: Adept at implementing quality control systems to maintain high standards in manufacturing output.

• Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data driven approaches to inform manufacturing decisions and process improvements.

• Leadership: Experienced in leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving project success through effective guidance.

• Strategic Planning: Capable of developing and executing long term strategies to enhance manufacturing operations and competitiveness.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and build consensus among stakeholders.

Other Qualifications:

• 4 year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
