Are you a Senior Marketing Manager looking to join an organisation in the banking and financial services sector focusing on delivering positive social impact, doing good and putting their customers first? Our client is looking for a Senior Marketer to join the team and help take the marketing team to the next level, in a role that is focused on driving a collaborative and integrated marketing strategy focused across enhancing their brand and telling their brand strong across content, social media, brand and comms. With a strong marketing function in place, this role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be part of a collaborative team who are growing from strength to strength. With flexible working, the role will be remote.The RoleAs the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be joining an established marketing function, reporting to the Head of Marketing and line managing 2 direct reports. The role will be focused on helping to shape the brand proposition and really elevate and promote the brand through an integrated marketing strategy with a focus on comms, PR, social media and content. You will be commercial and enjoy overseeing strategy, but you won’t be afraid to get stuck in as needed.About You
- You will have experience in overseeing an integrated marketing strategy with a brand-first approach and ensuring consistency across channels, helping the team to work in a joined-up approach across channels
- Line management experience and happy managing a small team as part of a wider team
- Experience in shaping and elevating a brand across social media, PR, web, content and comms, ensuring consistency of tone of voice
- Managing a range of experience agency relationships along with internal stakeholders
- A positive, can-do attitude and be excited to help take a marketing team to the next level
- Strong experience in customer journey, really understanding different customer and audience groups and how to talk to different people, shaping key messaging
- Experience in measuring key metrics and reporting back on marketing campaign success, making suggestions for improvement
- Experience working in a regulated industry is hugely beneficial and B2B experience is essential
- An interest in and experience in financial services would be ideal
