Senior Mechanical Engineer

Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in support of NAVSEA LOGCEN remote work.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review technical data packages for adherence to engineering standards
• Review engineering and technical referrals in accordance with established processes
• Assist with the design and implementation of quality control / assurance systems
• Review, validate and develop technical data, technical manuals and provisioning packages
• Review performance data and developed Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models
• Performs a variety of complicated engineering related tasks
• May lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employees
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

education, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required Experience: 2+ years of modeling experience using OPUS Suite software
• Desired Experience: 7+ Years in a related position
• Desired Education: Baccalaureate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

SECURITY:

• Secret Clearance is required.
